The firm provided full mechanical, electrical and plumbing design services in addition to sustainable and infrastructure design effort for the new 45 ksf Performing Arts Center at Napa Community College. The development comprises of a multi-use theater, black box theater, theater support areas, music and theater instructional spaces, as well as office and administration.

The College’s project goals included the buildings be designed and certified to a minimum LEED Gold rating.
