Our team provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sustainable design for the Gera IQ Business Park. This park includes approximately 2.8 million SF of new commercial office complex development including 350,000 SF of amenities such as a residences, hotel, gym, restaurants and childcare.  A large underground bio-digestion system was introduced into the design to clean the black and gray water generated on site and to divert existing residential towers waste water to the digester. Targeting LEED Gold.
