Mechanical and Sustainable design for the County Ventura’s new Juvenile Justice Center Office Building located in Oxnard, California. The Building is a two-story structure spanning approximately 60,000 sq. ft. The facility will operate as a multitenant office building with the facility to alter uses over time and house a variety of agencies involved with the juvenile justice system in Southern California. The design targets an energy performance that will surpass Title 24 energy savings by 30% margin.

 

The flexibility of the design maximizes the churn capability for different support offices and programs to incubate and grow.
