Saint Paul's Episcopal Church, located at 114 Montecito Avenue, in the Adams Point neighborhood, is situated across from Lakeside Park.

Our design engineers provided mechanical and plumbing services for this addition of a gymnasium and classrooms plus the renovation of the historical Casa Building. The sustainable feature of note included harnessing natural ventilation, daylighting and the inclusion of a green roof system to control storm water runoff  and increase the building thermal performance. The green roof is being used as a play and relaxation area.

The project was designed to LEED Gold standard.
